Zimmerman Cheese, Inc. has been practicing the art of cheesemaking for four generations and has been located in Wiota, Wisconsin since 1979. Their house specialties, baby swiss and muenster have won numerous awards throughout the years and are made with pride, reflecting the company's Swiss family heritage. Since the 1970's, Zimmerman has been producing brick, baby jack, farmer, monterey jack and smoked baby swiss. Zimmerman Cheese and its employees take great pride in the idea of quality, not quantity. In fact, it's a company philosophy.
