This Council shall be comprised of one (1) County Board Member. See res 15-19. Circuit Court Judge for Lafayette County, Corporation Counsel for Lafayette County, Lafayette County Sheriff, Chief of Police of Lafayette County Seat, Lafayette County District Attorney, Lafayette County Victim Witness Coordinator, Lafayette County State Public Defender, a Lafayette County Department of Corrections Agent, Lafayette County Human Services Director, a Citizen of Lafayette County, Lafayette County Child Support Administrator and others from the community as needed and desired. This Council meets as needed. This Council shall provide coordinated leadership necessary to establish and foster innovation, effective corrections programs for adult and juvenile offenders and to effectively qualify for state and federal grants to fund such programs. This council also provides general oversight to the County Treatment Court.
