Biking is allowed on the multi-use Cheese Country Trail and Pecatonica State trails. The new Mound View State Trail opened in 2018 as a paved bike and pedestrian trail that links Belmont and the Pecatonica State Trail to the Roundtree Branch Trail in Platteville. Please be advised that the Mound View State trail is non-motorized. Additional off road biking opportunities are offered at Yellowstone Lake State Park, where mountain biking is allowed on the Oak Grove, Savanna Loop and Windy Ridge trails.
