County Trails Committee
Committee Description
The County Trails Committee consists of three County Board Members and meets at least once annually at the Call of the Chair. The purpose of the Lafayette County Trails Committee is to appoint a County Trails Coordinator and to annually approve the application for funding under Section 23.09 (06) of Wisconsin State Statutes for public snowmobile and ATV trail use. The committee reviews work performed by the County Trail Coordinator and may review and approve other County recreational activities. The Committee provides coordination between County snowmobile and ATV clubs for trail activity and may also include coordination with the Tri County Trails Committee and Tri-County Trail Coordinator.
Meeting Schedule
This committee meets at least once annually and as needed at the Call of the Chair.
