Board of Adjustment Committee

Committee Description

This Board shall be comprised of five members to be appointed by the County Board Chair with the approval of the County Board. The members must live outside the limits of incorporated villages or cities in Lafayette County; provided however, that no two members shall reside in the same town.  One member may be a member of the County Board.  The Board shall assume those duties and responsibilities as set forth in section 59.99, Wisconsin Statutes.
