Planning and Zoning Committee

Committee Description

This Committee shall be comprised of five County Board members and meets monthly.  The Lafayette County Planning and Zoning Committee is a committee within the Lafayette County Board of Supervisors and is established pursuant to § 59.69, Wisconsin Statues.  The committee is in charge of decisions on requests for re-zonings/zoning map amendments, various zoning permits, enforcement of zoning ordinances and act on other land development related requests.
