Lafayette County has updated the Manure Storage and Management Ordinance, effective February 14th, 2023.
All new or proposed modifications to manure storage and transfer facilities constructed within the boundaries of the county must meet the standards set by the Ordinance and Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) practice standards
