TOWN OF BELMONT NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 8, 2022, the Town Board of the Town of Belmont enacted the following ordinance:
ORDINANCE NO: 2022-02
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL AND RECREATE ORDINANCE NO. 2015-4 RELATED TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PRIVATE AND PUBLIC ROAD CONSTRUCTION AND TOWN HIGHWAY ACCESS STANDARDS IN THE TOWN OF BELMONT, LAFAYETTE COUNTY, WISCONSIN, AND TO ESTABLISH PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF
